To celebrate over a decade of experience in Technology Recruitment, we decided it was time for an Adria Solutions rebrand.
Over the past 15 years, our business has grown and evolved with great success. However, we felt that certain areas of our business needed updating. For example, our website looked a little tired and wasn’t very user friendly for candidates. We also felt that they did not convey our business personality entirely so, we needed to change that.
This post explains details behind the Adria Solutions rebrand including what we’ve done, why we did it and how it will benefit you, our candidates and clients.
Adria Solutions Rebrand
Without a doubt, the website update has been our biggest task of all! But we do love a challenge!
Our brand-new site now details our three specific areas of IT Recruitment. They are:
Furthermore, we have also installed a new, live job sign in with software giants, FireFish. This technology brings excellent opportunities not only for our developing team, but also for our candidates. For example, under the FireFish system, candidates will receive personalised notifications when a job match becomes available to join a leading Tech firm. As a result of this, there are no breakdowns in communication; every candidate is fully informed, at all times.
Moreover, we have also created specialised pages for each job type we recruit for:
Making it easier for the user to identify what service they may seek, receive the latest job interview tips, and the current IT news.
For a short while, we have felt our branding was a little lacklustre…
We are representing the best in technology- industry-leading companies with fantastic opportunities. Of course, our branding should reflect that high quality!
Subsequently, we teamed up with creative practitioners, Instilled, who played a key role in our rebranding.
One major change included our logo. The Fernandes team created various different designs for our new imagery…
Certainly, we wanted to highlight our different approach to Recruitment- what makes us unique?
Well, we are a friendly Recruitment Solution, taking a consultancy-style approach. Therefore, we felt that a subtle smile on the letter ‘d’ would reflect and emphasise our friendly way of doing business.
It would also serve as a subtle reminder to our candidates that being different is something to be proud of and valued.

However, this still wasn’t enough to satisfy our creative bellies.
We wanted to be bigger and better and thus, Adria’s 360° Degree approach was born.
We try to look at the process from all angles; assessing the needs of the client, with the needs of the candidate.
For example, we look at our candidate’s future ambitions, does the client offer training for their 5-year career goal? Or, on the other hand, what possibilities can the candidate bring for the future of your business?
We match clients to candidates, with excellent retention rates.
Similarly, we found that our current methods of operating did not reward loyal candidates. For this reason, we decided to introduce referral rewards!
