New, easy ways to get in touch

The new communications system offers three very important benefits to candidates, as well as to organisations who are using Adria services to find the best talent:

  1. Direct online chat – straight to the consultant you want to talk to. When you contact Adria through the handy online chat function on the website (find it to the right of the screen), you won’t be dealing with a chatbot or a generic customer service agent. Our aim with the new Wildix system is to link you, the candidate, directly to the consultant who is managing roles you’re interested in. This means you can ask questions and find out more information without being stuck in a call queue or having to speak to someone who isn’t a specialist in these roles.
  2. Call directly from your PC, laptop, tablet or smartphone. You can of course still call Adria Solutions through traditional methods, but you can now also make direct calls from the website through your device. Whether you’re in the office on PC or laptop or on the move on a tablet or smartphone, virtually one click is all it takes to make an online phone call to an Adria Solutions consultant.
  3. See at-a-glance who’s available. As we’ve mentioned, Adria Solutions is moving away from generic customer service assistance that doesn’t personalise the experience for you. This is why we’ve added a fantastic new function which allows you to see which consultants are online and available to chat at any given time. This means that if you’ve previously been chatting to a consultant about a role, simply pick up where you left off. You don’t need to start afresh with someone new, saving everyone valuable time.
