I started working at Adria Solutions in June 2022, having never worked in recruitment before.

What really appealed to me about IT recruitment was the opportunity to be involved in a rapidly evolving sector while having the chance to help people find their career paths.

Since starting at Adria Solutions, I have learnt a vast amount about the tech sector and modern technologies as well as improving my people skills. The thing I love most about working here is the culture.

The best advice I could give someone who wants to work in recruitment is, to strap yourself in for the bumpy ride and don’t get disheartened. The thing that keeps me going on a difficult day is self-discipline.

My long-term ambition is to be a millionaire and travel to Bali for an extended period. I would also love to learn archery.
