Senior Business Analyst – Business Change – Stockport – Manchester £50K

Are you a pro-active communicator, used to collaborating with the business, project and operational stakeholders? Do you have experience supporting and advising end-to-end change delivery as a Business Analyst? Then this role may be for you! My client is looking for an experienced Business Analyst – Business Change professional to join them.

Key Responsibilities:
* Risk management, identify, mitigate and control within departments
* Utilise resources ensuring optimal project delivery
* Engage positively with Stakeholders
* Identify PI/CI opportunities
* Champion delivery through engaging stakeholders and cross-functional teams
* Champion compliance and customer-centric ethos
* Champion constructive challenges for change drivers as well as ownership of change activity
* Ensure implementation of projects is of the highest quality, on time and any risks associated are mitigated.

Skills and experience:
* Business analyst experience or management of business change
o Business process modelling, re-engineering business process, define process improvements and organisational design
* Experience working across the full project lifecycle/software delivery lifecycle
o Waterfall / Agile methodology / User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
o Requirements are taken clearly, concisely and communicated effectively
* Strong MS Office technical skill – Excel / Word / Visio
* Ability to communicate complex business requirements in layman’s terms
* Deliver, govern and disseminate detailed, documented analysis of internal business and client requirements
