Second Line Technical Support Consultant – Leeds – Up to £30K

Adria Solutions Ltd have an excellent opportunity for a Second Line Technical Support Consultant to enjoy an exciting company in Leeds. Our client is looking for a Second Line Technical Support Consultant who can provide exceptional service resolving complex hardware and software issues to customers both over the phone and face to face.

Required knowledge & experience:

* Excellent communication both verbal and written
* Minimum 5 years’ tech support experience
* Desktop PC’s and Operating systems (Windows XP / Windows 10)
* Networking and firewalls,
* Server installation, set up, configuration and support, in particular Server 2008/2016, Exchange 10/13/16 + Office 365
* Microsoft Qualified would be ideal
* Anti-virus software implementation and management
* Back-up and data replication technologies and IT security best practices
* Any experience of Azure, SharePoint, SonicWall or Veeam would be great!
