They are now opening their doors for a new Recruitment Resourcer to join them to further develop the company and expand on their portfolio.
As a Recruitment Resourcer, your duties will include but not be limited to:
* Assist the Senior Consultant with their existing accounts
* Source candidates using our online database and LinkedIn
* Call and assess candidate suitability for roles
* Confident communicator
* Meticulous attention to detail
* Good business acumen
* The ability to build long lasting relationships
* Be target driven, and most of all – hungry for success
No previous experience is required – however, sales or marketing experience would be advantageous.
You will receive thorough training and mentoring for the first 12 weeks. If you wish, once you have a good understanding of the technologies and have completed your training, you may progress your own client base and develop your own portfolio of clients to become a full 360 Recruitment Consultant.
