IT Office Administrator – Stockport – £30,000 – £40,000

Adria Solutions Ltd has a great opportunity for an IT Office Administrator to join our growing client in Stockport. The successful IT Office Administrator will be working in a fast-paced environment to provide support to the IT Department. Being a member of the Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply (CIPS) would be highly advantageous.

The duties of the IT Office Administrator will include but not be limited to:

* Managing and negotiating with IT Suppliers
* Managing and optimising the purchase, deployment, maintenance, utilisation and disposal of software applications in an ITIL environment
* Purchasing all new IT equipment
* Ensure all IT deliveries match the Purchase Order
* Stock control and audit of all IT equipment

Essential skills and experience:

* IT procurement and contract management
* Experience raising Purchase Orders
* Reconciliation of Invoices/Accounts
* Experience of working in an IT Department would be advantageous
