IT Helpdesk Analyst – Northwich – £20K – £22K

The duties of the IT Helpdesk Analyst will include but not be limited to:

* Provide general tech support and issue resolution to desktop users throughout the business
* New equipment set-ups
* Answering and logging calls
* Monitoring progress through to resolution in a timely manner
* Producing quality user documentation
* Additional project work as required

Essential requirements:

* Knowledge of Windows Server and Microsoft Office
* Networking experience (TCP/IP, DNS, SHCP)
* Problem-solving skills
* Confident telephone manner with excellent communication skills
* A team player with a flexible can-do approach
