Business Analyst / Project Manager – Chorley – £50K

Adria Solutions Ltd have a fantastic opportunity for a Business Analyst/Project Manager to join our growing client in Chorley. The successful Business Analyst / Project Manager will manage the day to day activities associated with Projects & Change which, once implemented, will help the stakeholders to achieve their goals.

Key requirements of the Business Analyst/Project Manager:

* 3-5 Years Project Management and Business Analysis experience
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical parties
* Analytical problem solving skills
* Demonstrable working knowledge of IT Systems and Technology
* Ability to facilitate and enable collaborative change discussions
* An ability to translate complexity into simplicity
* Ability to work in a team structure
* Ability to work autonomously
* Understanding of Prince2 and BCS Business Analysis is an advantage

Able to demonstrate:
* Building Collaborative Relationships – ability to develop, maintain and strengthen partnerships with others inside and outside the organisation who can provide information, assistance and support.
* Analytical and forward thinking – ability to tackle a problem by using a logical and systematic approach, the ability to anticipate the implications and consequences of situations and take appropriate action to be prepared for possible contingencies.
* Planning and organisation – ability to think ahead to establish efficient and appropriate courses of action for self and others, prioritising activities considering all relevant factors such as deadlines and resources.
* Influencing and persuading – ability to present sound and well-reasoned arguments to convince others, drawing from a range of strategies to persuade people in a way that results in agreement or behaviour change.
* Communication – ability to get one’s message understood by adopting a range of styles, tools and techniques appropriate to the audience.
* Flexibility – ability to adapt and work effectively with a variety of situations, individuals or groups, understanding and appreciating different and opposing perspectives, adapting an approach as the requirements of a situation change, and changing or easily accepting changes in one’s own organisation or job requirements.
* Business Process Management & Re-engineering – Ability to identify existing business processes for improvement, re-engineer those processes to improve the robustness, efficiency and quality of those business processes; ability to provide transitioning steps between old and new business processes while maintain operational effectiveness during the transition.
