Our client is looking for a Business Analyst/Project Manager to manage the day to day activities associated with Projects & Change with business stakeholders (end users, managers, subject matter experts, external business partners) and IT professionals to define requirement changes that, once implemented, will help the stakeholders to achieve their goals, according to our clients Methodology.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities as a Business Analyst/Project Manager:
*Own changes/projects from the end to end lifecycle, ensuring the proposal and development of effective solutions are in line with business and system strategies.
*Working within a framework which suits both a waterfall and Agile change method to provide improved stakeholder satisfaction, improved quality and increased velocity of delivery.
*To plan and manage the day to day activities of a change, while tracking the delivery from the initial request, through to post implementation tasks.
*Deliver all project management related artefacts required for the correct level of governance within the Change framework. Identify project issues and risks, escalating where appropriate, with a view to producing a delivery capable of achieving the benefits defined in the Business Case.
*Communicate, influence and build relationships at all levels within the organisation. This includes relationship management of key stakeholders and senior managers.
*Elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, task, data/process modelling, and workflow analysis
*Preparing and delivering a range of reporting including but not limited too – highlights, issues, lessons learned, exceptions.
*Perform system testing, prepare and facilitate user Acceptance Testing.
*Manage the governance of release processes, ensuring that documentation is in place for release steps, risks and rollback prior to sign off of a release.
*Conduct post implementation reviews, project closure and handover of operational processes to service desk.

Key skills required as a Business Analyst/Project Manager:
*Ideally 3-5 Years Project Management and Business Analysis experience is preferable.
*Excellent written and verbal communication
*Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical parties
*Analytical problem solving skills
*Demonstrable working knowledge of IT Systems and Technology
*Ability to facilitate and enable collaborative change discussions.
*An ability to translate complexity into simplicity
*Ability to work in a team structure.
*Ability to work autonomously
*Understanding of Prince2 and BCS Business Analysis is an advantage

*Business Process Management & Re-engineering – Ability to identify existing business processes for improvement, re-engineer those processes to improve the robustness, efficiency and quality of those business processes; ability to provide transitioning steps between old and new business processes while maintain operational effectiveness during the transition.
