Our client is a highly successful financial organisation, located in the heart of Liverpool, looking to grow their well-established team.

As a 1st Line Support Analyst, you will be responsible for the first point of contact for all IT related services. This will include requests, incidents, problem management and changes. and single point of contact for all the company’s staff.

They are looking for the chosen candidate to be experienced and skilled with Windows 7, MS Office 2016 Suite, Active Directory and Microsoft Server Products including Exchange 2010.
Ideally, they wish for the candidate to have sound experience working in a Service Desk environment. If this experience was based in a financial organisation it would be highly beneficial.

Essential Skills

– Knowledge and/or experience in supporting a VDI and thin client terminals
– VMware HorizonView
– Mobile device iPhone
– ITIL Framework
– Technically strong
– Extremely strong communication skills
