Your duties will include but not be limited to:

* Provide remote and onsite server support
* Liaising with clients via the telephone to troubleshoot any hardware issues
* Provide crucial support for Windows based platforms
* Resolve technical issues in a timely and effective manner
* Provide a first-class level of customer service

The successful candidate must be able to drive and willing to service multiple sites.
