Our client requires a 1st / 2nd Line Support Engineer to provide remote and onsite server support, liaise with clients via the telephone to troubleshoot any hardware issues and provide crucial support for Windows based platforms. The successful 1st / 2nd Line Support Engineer must have a full driving licence and be prepared to travel as they will be required to cover multiple sites.

Essential requirements:

* Windows desktop & application support
* Tablet and mobile device support
* Network troubleshooting
* Microsoft Active Directory, Exchange Server & Office 365 skills
* Microsoft Group Policy
* Understanding Microsoft Azure AD Sync and Azure AD Connect
* Understanding of Veeam Backup & Replication
