1st / 2nd Line IT Technician – Contract

Our growing client based near Wilmslow, Cheshire is currently looking for a 1st/2nd Line Support Technician.

Your responsibility will be to maintain and enhance the day-to-day running of the IT service estate. Supporting staff primarily in the UK but also across the globe.

Skills:
* Azure Active Directory – Setup/Deployment/Management
* Office365 Admin & Management – Experience of the full suite of apps i.e. OneDrive, Teams, Yammer, etc
* Desktop Support – Win 7-10 & macOS
* Device Management & Monitoring – SolarWinds
* ITIL – Focus on Service Design/Transition & Operation
* LAN/WLAN Admin
* VOIP Telephony – RingCentral
* Mobile Iron/Wandera – Mobile device management
* Print Management – Papercut or similar centralised print tool

You will also have good Customer Service, Stakeholder Management, Project Planning and Delivery experience.
