Role: 1st/2nd Line IT Support Engineer

We are looking for a locally based 1st/2nd Line IT Support Engineer for a family run retail company based just near bury. In a small team of Support Engineers, and working directly under the IT Manager, the new 1st/2nd Line IT Support Engineer will paly a key role in ensuring the smooth day to day running of IT services.
This is a great position for someone who is local to North Manchester to work with a dynamic and growing company, where no two days will be the same. As soon as you begin your role as a 1st/2nd Line IT Support Engineer you will be set to work providing both telephone and remote desktop support to 150 users over two sites aswell as installing and configuring software, and taking care of the network.

*2 years experience in a similar role as 1st/2nd Line IT Support Engineer
*Microsoft Windows 7/8/10
*Microsoft Server 2003/8/12
*Microsoft Office 2007/10/13
*Microsoft Active Directory
*Networking skills such as general fault finding, mapping drives, shares etc
*Printer maintenance, local and networked
*PC and general hardware and software maintenance and support, including new builds and installs
*Creating back ups and restoring data
