Role: 1st/2nd Line IT Helpdesk
A 1st/2nd Line IT Helpdesk Engineer vacancy has opened up in a medium-sized company in Heywood. This role will be suited to someone who enjoys working in a small technical team and working closely with end users over multiple local sites.
The ideal candidate for the position of 1st/2nd Line IT Helpdesk Engineer will drive and have their own transport and have around a year’s experience working in a similar role. The purpose of this vacancy is to assist a small team of support staff to look after IT services within the business.
Necessary experience for the new 1st/2nd IT Helpdesk Engineer includes:
*Microsoft Windows 7/8/10
*Microsoft Server 2003/8/12
*Microsoft Office 2007/10/13
*Microsoft Active Directory
This is a great position for someone who is local to the OL10 postcode to work with a well-established company who will offer you a new challenge every day; providing both telephone and remote desktop support to 150 users as well as installing and configuring software, and taking care of the network.
