The reasons for our ongoing success are due in part to our dedicated team of staff members, whose total commitment and aptitude for hard work has been outstanding, and to our carefully thought-out business plan and structured marketing strategy.
With this year’s increased marketing budget, we’ve been able to source and advertise on another two influential online job boards and have also put in place an additional number of CV search facilities.
This means that we now attract even more first-class candidates and are well placed to find skilled and talented individuals for those of our clients wishing to employ sales and IT recruits for positions based in Manchester and the north-west, or nationally across the United Kingdom.
Our pre-screening interviews via Skype to select the best candidates for our clients is proving to be an excellent time- and money-saving innovation.
We’ve also employed a full-time SEO specialist, whose aim is to ensure that our website is highly visible at all times and gains first-page ranking status on all major search engines.
At the same time, to help reach more potential clients and candidates alike, we’ve increased our activity on social networks such as Twitter, Facebook and Linkedin.
If we continue to support our clients and job applicants, as we have at the start of 2012, this should be a very good year indeed…
