Case Study – Adria & CMAP Software

Background

Our initial requirement when we began to work with Adria was for assistance in adding people to the tech team – primarily software developers. As our company grew and other technical and support requirements emerged, we expanded the roles that we entrusted Adria to help us with to include QA and Support, as well as more software developers. Over the years we have developed a close working relationship, which has resulted in Adria knowing our business exceptionally well. That’s meant a streamlined recruitment process and high staff retention.

The Adria Solution

Since working with Adria we’ve expanded into the US with an office in Orlando and secured clients all over the world. As well as that, we’ve launched multiple editions of our product, expanding our client base in the process, and refined, honed and improved the product itself. As a result of that, we’ve grown from a team of 8 to a 50 staff firm. Adria’s help in securing the right people for that expansion has been invaluable.

The Results

Growth! We continue to grow at an impressive pace, with more and more clients joining us every year. Plus, our existing clients are growing themselves, running more profitable businesses through the use of CMAP’s software. This means there’s a need for more support staff to provide quality assistance to our customers, and more technical staff to continue with the evolution of the product.
