Test Analyst / Tester – Kent. Our client based in Tunbridge Wells, Kent is currently looking for an experience Test Analyst. You will be providing testing services for business as usual and project related change within the Company.
 

The position:
 Test execution, ensuring each allocated component is tested in order to demonstrate that the business condition under test produces the expected results
 Maintain effective records of the issues and produce MI including information and trend analysis
 Creating and implementing test scripts
 Track and maintain test plans
 Investigate defects and provide necessary background information to aid resolution
 Provide feedback to development teams and ensure that your work is carried out in accordance with agreed priorities and quality requirements
 Provide estimates and feedback to the Corporate Services Manager for test progress reporting and scheduling
 Maintain defect and issue records to a standard as agreed with the Corporate Services Manager

Skills required:
 Good understanding of testing principles and the software development cycle
 Experience of testing high volume websites
 Understand different testing approaches (e.g. regression, performance, usability, functional)
 Organised and methodical approach
 Excellent analytical skills
 Excellent communication skills verbal and written
 Excellent IT skills
