ASP.Net Web Developer- Altrincham - Cheshire / Greater Manchester borders - £30- £40K. My Rapidly expanding Cheshire based client is URGENTLY seeking to recruit a talented and experienced ASP.Net Web Developer to join their team (with C# or VB.NET experience).
The responsibilities of the role are to provide and implement appropriate development solutions participating in projects through their full life-cycle; to monitor and communicate progress against milestones taking remedial action where necessary and to support existing systems that use a variety of technologies
The successful candidate will have a firm grasp of producing websites which must support different types of Web Browsers. As this is a senior role my client needs someone who can lead by example and we want you to have solid experience in delivering commercial website projects and work packages to agreed budgets, timescales and quality objectives through defined project frameworks and procedures. The role will involve all aspects of the software life-cycle from specification, design and development right through to implementation of Internet and intranet websites. You will have an understanding of issues relating to high performance and high volume sites.
Essential Skills
• A minimum of 5 year’s experience, gained in a commercial environment, working with the following technologies:
ASP.NET, ASP, C# or VB.NET, CSS, JavaScript, MVC, XHTML, DHTML, XML, XSLT and IIS.
• Good knowledge of MVC Frameworks, W3C WCAG 1.0, AJAX, LINQ and SQL. The focus for this role will be on the Presentation Layer of the application development, however, Business/Data Layer Component development experience is a plus.

• Flexible and adaptable
• Excellent interpersonal skills
