3rd Line Project Engineer / Avaya ACM 4 - Manchester– £30-35K + Bonus + Benefits. Our client based in Manchester is currently looking to recruit an experienced IT Projects Engineer with strong Avaya experience (Avaya Communications Manager) ACM 4, ACM 5 or ACM 6 .The Ideal candidate will have 3 years + experience maintaining and improving critical IT / Telecom systems with very strong Avaya Communication Manager expereince.
You should ideally have both 2nd line and some 3rd line support experience. You should also have good knowledge of Microsoft technologies such as VMware, Active Directory, Exchange, Windows Server 2003 or 2008, XP and Security Best Practices
You will be working for one of the leading companies in Manchester that will offer excellent career progression, training and benefits.
